Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more, along with the flat-rate shipping fee for orders under that amount.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order begins processing, followed by a tracking number via email once your order ships.

All shipments include tracking information, which is sent via email once the shipping label is generated.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Rates are calculated - e.g., flat-rate shipping vs. calculated rates at checkout based on destination and weight. Most items are very lightweight.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to U.S. orders of $50 or more!
- Orders under $50 are calculated at checkout or have a flat rate.
International Shipping (Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia): Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We package all our handcrafted items with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@sunandwing.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help.
